Each week on Target Free Thursday Nights, the Walker Art Center welcomes you to enjoy free gallery admission and programs from 5-9 pm. Thanks to Target, you can enjoy an exhibition, take in a lecture, watch a film, make art, and ask questions. It's all part of Target's commitment to give 5% of its income back to communities. That's over $3 million every week.

In addition to sponsoring Target Free Thursday Nights, Target sponsors Walker After Hours and supports the Walker annually as a Premier Partner. Target also supported the Walker's recent building expansion, which opened in April 2005. In honor of Target's generous gift, the Walker named one of the new galleries the Target Gallery.
