This new exhibition of works by artist/experimental musician Christian Marclay is anchored by the Walker-commissioned video installation Shake Rattle and Roll (fluxmix). Created during Marclay's artist residency, the work emerged from his curiosity about the Walker's extensive Fluxus collection--some 500 works by such artists as Nam June Paik, Ben Vautier, and Yoko Ono--and its holdings of multiples by Joseph Beuys.
